Cole Harbour Place has lots of fitness classes to suit all ages, ability levels, and many areas of interest!

All Levels Yoga: (Multi-Level)

This class will help improve core strength, flexibility, and balance. This class was designed to challenge all levels of yoga practice.

Ball Fusion: (Intermediate)

A full body cardio/strength challenge, this class uses the Bosu ball in a fun energizing class! Enhance your endurance and strengthen your body in this fast paced, fun workout!

Ball & Tone: (Multi-Level)

A full body workout using a ball! Strength, balance and core will be challenged. All are welcome!

Body Tone: (Multi-Level)

Work your muscles in every way possible. This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. No muscle gets neglected in this class.

Bootcamp: (Intermediate)

A bootcamp class that uses equipment and body weight to pack as much bang for your buck as we can fit into one hour! Intervals, strength and cardio bursts that work your whole body while giving multilevel options for every fitness level!

Cardio with Earl: (Beginner)

Earl Wilson will teach a combination of the traditional training movements of a boxer ; including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a battle bag. The class is structured to challenge both your cardiovascular system and your muscle endurance.

Cardio Sculpt: (Intermediate)

This intense cardio workout will leave you breathless. It involves choreography with intensity. The key to the ultimate fat burning workout using aerobic exercises combined with strength training exercises.

Core Yoga & Abs: (Multi-Level)

Designed to improve core strength with the most creative strengthening exercises yoga has to offer.

Fusion: (Multi-Level)

Balls, gliders, small weights and mats will fuse together in this medley of strength moves. A full body workout using different equipment in an effective and fun way!

Gentle Fit: (Multi-Level)

Intimidated by fitness classes? New to the game? Then this class is for YOU! Gentle cardio with some muscle conditioning, aimed at the Multi-Level and/or older adult will put you at ease while getting your body moving and grooving to great music! Finish it all off with a good long stretch, and you have yourself a great Multi-Level workout!

Kickboxing: (Beginner)

Kick, punch, jump and have fun! High intensity and cardio driven, this is a great full body workout for all levels!

Power Hour: (Beginner)

Come join Matt for an hour long class that will focus on proper form and weightlifting techniques. He will breakdown each exercise and challenge you with a full body workout!

Power Yoga: (Intermediate)

An athletic yoga class to start your day and your week! Power yoga appeals to those looking for a vigorous workout while also tapping into the calm and soothing quality of a traditional yoga class.

Restore Yoga: (Multi-Level)

Inspired by uniting yoga & plyometric exercises. This program will transform you from the inside out increasing your power, speed, breath control, balance & flexibility.

Step & Barre Fusion: (Beginner)

This is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, strength training and the step classes. This class will incorporate the use of the ballet barre and classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. The instructor also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

Step & Core: (Intermediate)

Fun choreography, rhythm, direction and spins using a step. Give yourself a great cardio workout while having a blast! A core segment finishes the class.

Step & Tone: (Intermediate)

A little bit of Step, a little strength and this class has your name on it! Time will fly by as you work your body in many different ways, improving strength, stability and cardio while having a blast at the same time!

Strong® by Zumba: (Intermediate)

A revolutionary high-intensity work out led by music to help you make it to your last rep, and maybe even 5 more!

Yoga: (Multi-Level)

Yoga for all levels! A blend of yin and yang, come ready to experience a relaxing yet fun yoga class!

Zumba: (Multi-Level)

This flavourful class dishes up a delightful combination of comfortable dance choreography, salsa, and funky Latin groove.

Zumba Gold: (Multi-Level)

Active older adults who are looking for modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
