Bookings remain required for all land fitness classes


Fitness Classes Cards

Members will check-in at the front desk by scanning their membership card. If going to a fitness class you will be given a program card once you swipe your card that you will need to pass to the instructor. No one will be permitted into classes in these rooms without this card.

 



Fitness Class Descriptions

Aqua Aerobics

A water fitness class for everyone.

Aqua Bootcamp

A water fitness class for everyone.

Aqua Yoga

Yoga in the water, great for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. CHP will not be supplying any mats for this class.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is a muscle conditioning and endurance class for the whole body, which puts a great deal of focus on correcting the posture. By the use of Body Bars, dumbbells, and Step platforms, challenges and sculpts your muscles.

Bootcamp

Be prepared for a dynamic full-body workout that includes drills, weights, plyometrics, and a ton of exercises utilizing your body weight. This head-to-toe functional training program is designed to be both fun and challenging for all fitness levels! Please bring your running shoes to every class, we will be going outside weather permitting.

Booty Fit

A great workout that targets key areas to improve muscle strength and cardio ability.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a muscle conditioning and endurance class for the whole body, which puts a great deal of focus on correcting the posture. By the use of Body Bars, dumbbells, and Step platforms, challenges and sculpts your muscles, and gives you a great cardio workout.

Chair Fit

Beginner exercise challenges the body and mind, using weights, music and stretching techniques. All levels welcome!

Choose to Move

Full body workout at a low intensity with the use of stability balls, bands, sliders and bender balls. This is a multi-level class built for anyone.

Combat Fit

This 60 min kickbox-style class is designed to work your entire body. Using self-defence techniques, bodyweight exercises and core strengthening exercises you will have fun and get sweaty. Following along with the music you will participate in an instructor-led group class that is designed to challenge each participant based on individual fitness levels. We recommend that you bring a yoga mat, a towel and lots of water.

Core and Yoga

A combination of a great yoga class combined with some focused core work for a full-body workout. Good for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. CHP will not be supplying any mats for this class.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training is one of the most effective ways to get you fit, period. This class will include a mix of cardio, strength, endurance, and mobility. This class is available to all members and all exercises can be modified to fit your needs.

Spin

Spin is intended to be a fun, energetic, and heart-pounding cardio workout great for all ages and fitness levels. This class is designated to be at your own pace, you'll experience a highly effective, total body workout.

Step

It is a great cardio step class.

Yoga

Yoga for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. CHP will not be supplying any mats for this class.

Yoga for Seniors

Yoga is tailored for older age, but all levels can participate. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. CHP will not be supplying any mats for this class.

Zumba

A fun Zumba class for all levels.

Zumba Gold

A low-impact dance fitness class with all of the fun of Zumba that's at a little slower pace and easier on the joints.
