Learn a new fitness routine with a hybrid class. We combine personal training and group training together. You will have the benefit of individualized attention, without the price of one-on-one training!
All small group classes are 5 weeks
$75 for member and $86.50 for non-members

Beginner Core & Spine Align
(Starts Jan 31st @ 10:30am)
Stretch and strengthens your spine. The goal is to have less back pain. Add in some core drills for spine support and waist tightening.
Knees of Heels, Buns of Steel
(Starts Jan 30 @ 7pm)
This class will teach you to build your legs and glutes! Challenge and change your workout with this new exciting group class.
