Cole Harbour Place remains Closed until further notice

Given the uncertainty of an opening date we have decided to cancel the upcoming spring session and focus on our summer session with hopes that programs will be able to run as scheduled come July.

Our next registered session will be our Summer Session.

Summer Camp and Summer Programs Registration will be:

    • Members - Tuesday May 19th @ 9am
    • General Public - Thursday May 21st @ 9am

Refunds

We are currently processing refunds for all cancelled events and programs. This includes ice rentals, room rentals, birthday parties, swimming lessons, march break camp, in-service camp, all child and youth athletics programs, and adult fitness classes.

Dartmouth Dance Programs: Currently Dartmouth Dance is planning to make up the remaining weeks of their season once we re-open. Therefore at this time we are not processing refunds for Dartmouth Dance. However, we continue to assess this situation and changes may be made as we move forward through this situation.

Please know that we have thousands of refunds to process and it is very time consuming. Please be patient as we work through processing these, but it will take weeks to get through our very large pile of refunds, and with staff working from home our processes are slowed even more. We absolutely want to get your money back to you and will as soon as possible.

Memberships

We are no longer collecting membership fees during our closure. We will resume membership fee collection once we are re-open.

Monthly Memberships: If you had just bought a monthly membership before we closed, or had one running through the time and it was paid in full we will automatically extend the length of your membership once we re-open so that you do not lose any of your membership time.

Paid-in-Full Memberships: Once we re-open we will automatically extend your membership by the amount of time that we were closed so that you do not lose any time.

Payroll Deductions: We have contacted all employers and asked them to stop taking the membership fee out. Some may still see a payment come out while your employer works to stop the payment on their end. If this is the case we will assess and ensure memberships are extended as needed based on payments received.
