Aqua Aerobics

This class offers total body conditioning in the water. Enjoy a full hour workout at your own pace.

Aqua Jog

Beginner - Advanced

Belts are all you need to enjoy this high energy non impact workout moves in deep water. You will experience cardiovascuar training, muscle conditioning, core stability and a big dose of fun.
