Pre/Teen Fit Hours

Pre/Teens aged 10 to 15 years can participate in our cardio and weight rooms. Participants should have attended a pre-teen Fit program or have been put on a program by an instructor.

Red Cross Babysitting Courses

This Red Cross course teaches skills and knowledge required for the car of infants, toddlers and preschoolers. It offers basic training in First Aid and obstructed airways. Bring a doll, pen and paper

For ages 11 to 15.

Strength Training For Teens

Learn to use our weight room safely to maximize/increase strength.

Ages 14 - 16

10 week term

Teen Dance Party

Spend Friday night with your friends for a Junior High Dance. There will be games, music and tons of fun.  Bring 2 friends and you get entered in the prize draw!

Ages 12 - 15

Teen Fit Pro

Learn about your mescle groups through exercise in this class. This class is designed to improve strength and endurance and encourage a healthy outlook. Sign up your teen and notice improvements in health and body image.

Youth Cardio

Come learn about physical fitness and the Traning Center in a fun, energetic atmosphere. This program includes strength training and a variety of games for youth to enjoy. It will teach fitness for your lifetime.
