50+ Fit and Fabulous

This class offers those 50+ a challenging all over body work-out. You will experience moves that are easy to follow using a variety of equipment. Increasing your flexibility, muscle tone, bone density, core strength and balance will leave you feeling 50+, Fit and Fabulous.

This class is designed for thos 50 and over and accommodates any level of fitness. With the help of a certified fitness instructor, you will achieve and regular exercise program with great health benefits.

Mom & Baby Exercise Class

Designed to help the postpartum mother get back in shape while bonding with her new baby. We will focus on specific postpartum challenges including abs, and your babies will enjoy the interaction, stimulation and bonding.

MS Exercise Class

This is a weekly exercise class designed specifically for individuals with MS. Focus is on arm, leg and trunk strengthening, stretching, sitting, standing balance, coordination and general fitness. This program is for all levels.

Prenatal Exercise Class

Enjoy the benefits of pre-natal exercise which include increased energy, strength, stamina and muscle control. This program is designed for you with strength training, low impact cardio, and pre-natal yoga poses. Improve flexibility, and tone muscles, providing relief from common pregnancy discomforts.

Stroke Exercise Class

This is a weekly exercise class designed for stroke survivors. Focus is on arm and leg strengthening and range of motion. Trunk and postural control in sitting and standing positions as well as general fitness are included. This program is for all levels.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Level 1 (beginner)

This 12 movement program, taught by Teresa Giovannetti, was designed by Dr. Paul Lam and utilizes the sun style of Tai Chi.
