Latin Groove

Beginner - Advanced

This flavourable class, dishes up a delightful combination of comfortable choreography. Indulge yourself with awesome combinations of all your favorite moves; with added spice, a little salsa and funky latin groove. Come sweat to the beat.

Muscle Supersetting

Intermediate - Advanced

Feel your muscles burn during this hour of exercise; consistantly moving, using hand weights.

Skip & Weights

Beginner - Advanced

Skipping, easy to master. Low impact, lots of fun for everyone. This class consists of skipping for minutes, then weights for minutes on an interval basis. Let's skip to the beat.

Stability Ball

Beginner - Advanced

Learn how minimal equipment can give you a lean, strong body, like never before. With the added challenge of the ball, and a better understanding of exercise. Open your eyes to the endless possibilities of strength training on the stability ball.

Maximum 16 participants.

Step Class

Intermediate - Advanced

In the blink of an eye, you will be transported to choreography, rhythm, direction and spins. Come join the fun!

Step n Ball

Beginner - Advanced

Come in and enjoy this great combination. Half house step. Half resist a ball. Great workout!

Turbo Kick

Intermediate - Advanced

The revolutionary group exercise program that has changed the direction of kick boxing. Inspired by dance , tai kwon do, boxing, tai chi, and funk, this workout creates a party atmosphere.

Weights "n" Core

Beginner - Advanced

We challenge and strengthen the core. Develop strength as you tone. You will leave this class feeling stronger and energized.

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Zesty fun latin rhythms. Wish easy to follow dance moves. This body energy calorie burning workout will surely keep you coming back for more. This program is suitable for all fitness levels. No experience required.
