Mom & Baby Exercise Class
Designed to help the postpartum mother get back in shape while bonding with her new baby. We will focus on specific postpartum challenges including abs, and your babies will enjoy the interaction, stimulation and bonding.

Belly Dancing
Add some sparkle into your life with Belly Dance. You will get a full body workout through this ancient art form. The emphasis is on the core, also working arms, shoulders, back, glutes and legs in a fun, gentle yet challenging workout. We will work on muscle memory and isolation movements to gain strength.

Chair Fit
A gentle exercise class suitable for anyone who has stiff, aching joints, difficulty standing for long periods of time and want to work on joint mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. We will mostly be sitting but will also do some standing exercises holding onto chairs (optional). In addition to chairs, we will also use weights, bands, balls and more.
